KiDz: Kids in DeZign

Children's Beginner Sewing (Ages: 6-10 years)

KiDz I: Hand sewing, pinning, tracing, and cutting will be taught in a fun hands-on class. Final project: Personalized hand sewn pillow. (See Schedule.)

KiDz II: An introduction to the sewing machine will be taught. Children will explore the wonders of the sewing machine. Final project: Large pillow with decorative pillowcase. (See Schedule.)

KiDz III: Selection for this class depends on the child's ability demonstrated in KiDz II. Final project: Pants or shorts with elastic waist.* (Currently not offered)
